Middle School Science Teacher
The Bement School, Deerfield, MA
The Bement School, a kindergarten through grade nine coeducational day and boarding school in historic Deerfield, Massachusetts, seeks a full-time middle school science teacher for grades 8 and 9 to join a vibrant learning community with students from all over the United States and the world.
Desired qualifications include:
- Experience teaching science, preferably at the middle/high school level, including biology, chemistry, and physics
- Willingness to collaborate across grade levels, divisions, and subject areas
- Ability to integrate technology and differentiated instruction in a diverse classroom of learners
- Eagerness to participate in the full breadth of independent school life, including teaching, coaching, advising, and living on campus as part of our boarding community.
