Join us for AISNE’s annual Women’s Leadership Symposium—a two-day gathering designed for women and non-binary leaders in independent schools. This retreat-style event is a time for connection, dialogue, and learning across roles and school types.

Whether you are a Head of School, an aspiring leader, or serve in an administrative, teaching, or student life role, you are welcome here. The program will focus on leadership growth, empowerment, and well-being, with time built in for reflection and connection in the beautiful setting of the Mountain View Grand Resort.

This is a learning environment where anyone who self-identifies as a woman or non-binary belongs and is warmly welcomed.

Pricing Information

Come early or stay after the Symposium and enjoy a little extra time to unwind and recharge. All symposium guests can take advantage of a 15% discount at the Tower Spa.

• AISNE Member $470/person | 4–9 participants
• Non-Member Schools add $100 to listed price

Hotel Information

The AISNE room block at the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa is now SOLD OUT. We encourage attendees to consider the Hampton Inn Littleton, approximately a 25-minute drive away. AISNE has secured a block of rooms, starting at $180/nt + tax, for the evenings of April 8 – 10. Book via this link.
