Yully joined Codman Academy in 2021 as the inaugural Director of Strategic Initiatives and Advancement. Prior to joining Codman, she worked as an independent consultant for various schools and non-profits, from fundraising and capital campaigns to leadership development and strategic growth. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director of Bridge Boston Charter School in Roxbury, Chief Program Officer at The Steppingstone Foundation, and Assistant Dean of Admission at Hamilton College. Yully’s family immigrated to Brooklyn, NY where she owes her love of reading and literature to her public school and library down the street. She resides with her partner and two children in Sharon, MA, where you can often find Yully volunteering for her daughters’ soccer and basketball teams.
