Thacher Montessori School seeks an Upper Elementary Co-Teacher to join our community effective immediately. This position has been created in response to continued mid-year growth in our Upper Elementary classroom. It reflects our commitment to maintaining high-quality, developmentally responsive Montessori practice as our program expands.

Qualifications include:

• At least three years of Montessori teaching experience
• AMI or AMS Montessori training (6–12 Diploma required)
• Strong knowledge of Montessori theory and its practical application
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a teaching team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Located just outside Boston, Thacher Montessori School is set between a 7,000-acre nature preserve and the historic Wakefield Estate. The school is AISNE and AMS accredited, AMI recognized at the 3–6 level, and has over 50 years of Montessori excellence.

Compensation:

Salary range is $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience and education.
