Lower School Mandarin Teacher – Fall Semester Coverage
Winsor seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated Lower School Mandarin Chinese teacher for a full-time sabbatical replacement position for the 2026 fall semester. Candidates should demonstrate native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as well as fluency in English. Strong candidates will have 2-3 years of teaching experience, a solid knowledge of Chinese cultures, and experience using a variety of pedagogical approaches to effectively teach non-native speakers and Chinese heritage learners.
A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to community and inclusion work and an understanding of the importance of teacher engagement in community life. Benefits included asof start date: medical, dental, vision and 403 b retirement plan. Salaries are based on step scale $36,500-$71,500.
