Northfield Mount Hermon (NMH) seeks a full-time Communications Project Manager to work in our Marketing & Communications Department. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring someone who can prioritize effectively, utilize various technology to streamline and manage projects, and engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

A Day in the Life:
The Communications Project Manager plays a crucial role coordinating the tasks and details necessary to keep Marketing & Communications projects on time, within budget, and without compromising quality. On a typical day, this individual may go from project meetings with various departments to scheduling videography with an external provider to reviewing proofs to articulating and documenting project steps in Asana. At any given time, this person is the go-to for project status within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and three or more years of related experience or equivalent
- Project management experience
- Minimum intermediate proficiency with Mac operating systems and G-Suite
- Successfully builds positive relationships with team members and across departments
- Available for occasional evening and weekend work as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Blackbaud and Asana
- Prior work in an educational institution
