Northfield Mount Hermon School, an independent co-educational boarding school in Western Massachusetts, seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to identify, recruit, and enroll qualified prospective students and families in accordance with the NMH mission. This position starts July 2025.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years related experience; outstanding organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills preferred. The ability to travel frequently is required. Candidates must have the ability to process and hold confidential information and exercise independent judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other web-based software is desired. Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, being a self-starter capable of working independently, and the ability to work flexible hours and be on call during interim periods, some night and evening work.

Candidates must be familiar with boarding school life, demonstrate experience in equity and inclusion work that promotes a diverse community environment, and have a clear understanding of anti-bias education.

Other responsibilities include student advising, resident dormitory supervision, and coaching or equivalents. Candidates are encouraged to include in their application experiences that may support our athletic and student life programs.
