The Exeter Diversity Leadership Institute (EDLI) is five-day immersive training for public and private school educators leading diversity, equity, inclusivity and belonging efforts at their schools.

Whether you are leading DEIB efforts in your own classroom or for your whole school, this institute is for you. The leadership institute focuses on providing participants with the skills and confidence to guide lasting change and transform school communities. Featuring the collaborative, student-centered methods of Harkness learning, educators will be encouraged to reflect on their own identities, beliefs and leadership styles.

By attending this institute, you will:

• Develop concrete goals and action plans to implement equity-centered efforts at your school
