Strengthening faculty growth requires more than annual evaluations. It depends on creating a culture of ongoing reflection, meaningful feedback, and shared expectations for teaching practice. In this interactive session, school leaders will explore strategies for building a more consistent, growth-oriented approach to faculty feedback and evaluation through the use of shared language, classroom observation frameworks, and coaching-centered leadership practices.

Through collaborative activities and guided reflection, we will practice distinguishing evidence from interpretation, crafting actionable feedback, and navigating challenging conversations in ways that build trust and promote professional growth. Together, we will examine how evaluation systems can shift from isolated, high-stakes events to continuous developmental cycles that support both educator learning and leadership capacity.
