2027 High School Students of Color Conference
For more than 30 years, the annual High School Students of Color Conference has lifted up the voices and experiences of student identities often marginalized in independent schools. The conference serves to build community, knowledge, and skills through workshops, keynotes, and student-to-student learning, sharing, and socializing.

• Chaperones | $75/pp

Students & Chaperones

• To ensure that as many schools as possible can participate, registration is limited to 15 students and 2 chaperones per school. If your school has more than 15 students interested in attending, please contact us at info@aisne.org. AISNE will maintain a waitlist and, as space becomes available, will invite additional students to participate in the order requests are received.
• The chaperone/student ratio is 1:10. If you wish to bring 11 – 15 students, you must register two chaperones to attend the conference.

Registration Process

This is a two-step registration process—please read carefully!

• Register the total number of students and chaperones that plan to attend, even if you do not yet know the names of all participating students.
• If you have not yet finalized the student roster, please use placeholders (for example: STUDENT1, STUDENT2, etc) to reserve your school’s spots.
• Once registration closes, the primary registrant and all chaperones will receive a Google Form to confirm student names, affinity group preferences, emergency contact information, and other details that will help us create the best possible conference experience.

We anticipate this conference will sell out, so we encourage you to register early to reserve your school’s spots for this exciting February event.

Financial Assistance

To increase access and promote equity, AISNE offers limited financial assistance to schools that face financial challenges in attending the Middle School Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Conference or the High School Students of Color Conference.

If you are interested in applying for financial assistance for your students, please email Stephanie at stephanie@aisne.org before you complete your school’s registration. In your email, please briefly describe the circumstances prompting your request for support. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
