Join us for AISNE’s annual Women’s Leadership Retreat—a two-day gathering designed for women and non-binary leaders in independent schools. This event is a time for connection, dialogue, and learning across roles and school types.

Whether you are a Head of School, an aspiring leader, or serve in an administrative, teaching, or student life role, you are welcome here. The program will focus on leadership growth, empowerment, and well-being, with time built in for reflection and connection in the beautiful setting of the Omni Mt. Washington Resort & Spa.

This is a learning environment where anyone who self-identifies as a woman or non-binary belongs and is warmly welcomed.

Pricing Information

Come early or stay after the Retreat and enjoy a little extra time to unwind and recharge. All retreat guests can take advantage of a 10% discount at the spa.

• AISNE Member $609/person | 4–9 participants
• Non-Member Schools add $100 to listed price

Hotel Information

AISNE has reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Mt. Washington Resort & Spa for the evenings of Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 8 for $179/nt + tax. Please note that hotel also has a resort fee of $20/per night. You may book your reservation using the link here. The rooms block expires on Friday, March 5, 2027, and rooms are based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and transfer requests must be sent via email to info@aisne.org. Cancellations received up to 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund, less a $150 administrative fee. This fee covers the cost of our minimum commitments with our hotel partners; thank you for your understanding. Transfers of registrations from one person to another are permitted up to 3 business days before the start of the event.
