Location: The Sage School | Foxboro, MA
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 10 hours per week, currently Tuesday through Friday evenings, 5:00 to 6:30/7:00 pm

Position Summary

The Sage School is seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and professional 7D Driver to transport children and program participants from after school programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth, values safety, and wants to have a positive impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Sage School 7D passenger vehicle in accordance with all state and local regulations.
• Transport children and participants to and from after-school programs. The students depart at 5 pm.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times.
• Communicate effectively with Sage staff, families, and students.

Additional role requirements post hire:

• Typical requirements within 30 days of hire include: Child Abuse Prevention, CPR; First Aid; AED; Bloodborne Pathogens.

Qualifications

• Valid · Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles School Pupil 7-D Certificate or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass required background checks, pre-employment physical and drug & alcohol screenings.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Experience working with children or in a community-focused environment (preferred).
