Responsibilities: Moses Brown seeks a Biology teacher to teach three sections of ninth grade Biology and one of Forensic Science from October 19 to January 15 (end of first semester). The teacher will have full responsibility for these classes, including lesson planning, teaching, lab setup, and grading, with collaboration and support of other members of the department.

Working closely with science department and upper school colleagues is important to our school culture. Teachers also meet regularly with students outside of the classroom during designated office hours and for occasional extra help outside of these times.

Qualifications: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution. At least two years of middle and/or high school science teaching experience and a science degree are preferred.

Compensation: Moses Brown offers a competitive compensation based on the number of years of experience.
