InspirEd 2026: The Independent School Leadership Forum
Brae Burn Country Club
326 Fuller Street, West Newton, MA
InspirEd 2026: The Independent School Leadership Forum brings together for independent school leaders for a collaborative day focused on the opportunities, challenges, and decisions surrounding education, with an emphasis on AI.
Co-hosted by SecureWon and Pozerski Hatch & Company, P.C., the forum will explore how schools can thoughtfully approach AI adoption while addressing policy, legal and compliance considerations, cybersecurity, financial leadership, governance, and long-term strategy. Through expert-led sessions, peer discussions, interactive working groups, and roundtables, attendees will gain practical insights they can bring back to their schools.
A featured AI & Data Analytics session will be led by Jen Pinkham of Phifer Pinkham, who will explore the legal considerations surrounding AI and the issues school leaders should be thinking about as they develop policies and determine how AI will be used across their institutions.
The program will also include a CFO Panel featuring independent school financial leaders, including Susan Ryan of The Cambridge School of Weston and Brendan Sullivan of The Newman School. The discussion will examine the practical challenges and opportunities facing school business offices, including how AI is beginning to affect the CFO role, school operations, financial processes, and institutional decision-making.
Additional sessions will feature education, technology, cybersecurity, accounting, and AI experts, including Hank Bryant, PhD; Josh Santos, CISSP, CISA; Christopher Ernest, CPA, MSM; and Michelle Hatch, CPA. Attendees will participate in AI policy working sessions designed to help schools evaluate existing approaches, identify gaps, and leave with a practical framework for developing or refining responsible AI policies.
InspirEd is designed for Heads of School, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other independent school leaders looking to learn from experts and, just as importantly, from one another.
