2026-27 Heads of Color Cohort
Exclusively for Heads of AISNE Member Schools
This multi-part virtual learning experience, facilitated by Jason Craige Harris, is designed for Heads of Color working in predominantly white schools and leadership environments. Established in the 2021–22 school year, this cohort remains a space for honest dialogue, meaningful connection, and continued leadership development. As we move into 2026–27, we’re welcoming new Heads of Color to join returning participants in building community, sharing wisdom, and strengthening each other through shared experience and support.
2026-27 Dates
This program will meet virtually via Zoom for eight sessions, with an in-person meeting on October 21, 2026.

- October 21, 2026 in-person from 3:30-4:30 PM at the Westin Waltham Hotel (following the 2026 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Conference and leading into BIPOC Symposium).

On Wednesday, January 27, 2027 (6:00 – 8:00 PM) all cohort attendees are invited to join AISNE’s Executive Director Sara Wilson for a Heads of Color dinner. This takes place on the first night of AISNE’s 2027 Heads of School Retreat, at the Wentworth by the Sea Resort in New Castle, NH.
