Designed for both current school leaders and those aspiring to leadership, this session explores the essential traits and practices that define transformational leadership. Drawing on decades of experience leading schools and coaching leaders, Davies identifies the mindsets and habits that consistently elevate leaders and the communities they serve.

This session moves beyond surface-level strategies to focus on the internal work of leadership. Through a candid, engaging, and reflective approach, we will consider two powerful ideas: that becoming a more effective leader is deeply connected to becoming a more self-aware and grounded person, and that leadership growth is an ongoing, evolving process.
