Lincoln School seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time, long-term substitute French Teacher for our Upper School program, working with students aged 14 to 16 years. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator committed to fostering a love for the French language and Francophone cultures. This role involves teaching one Upper School section, with a focus on oral proficiency, cultural competency, and student-centered learning.

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction using existing curriculum and instructional materials in support of the school’s mission
• Work within the World Languages program and access department resources and support as needed
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages language learning
• Teach one Upper School French class (combined French 3 / French 3 Honors, 10 students)
• Class meets on a 7-day rotating schedule, 3–4 times per week
• Hold office hours – 11:45a – 12:30p. Ideally available at least once per week.
