A People-First Approach to Benefits

Human Resources professionals, join your peers from independent schools around the region for a roundtable discuss of hot topics, a panel discussion on benefits, and delicious lunch. Our friends at AAFCPAs will talk about how to streamline and prepare for your annual 403(b)audit and host a panel of independent school Business Officers in a discussion of how you can keep a ‘people-first’ approach to your work.

Following the panel, we will engage in a peer-led discussion of the hot topics and critical issues in human resources and the business office. Bring a topic or question to pose to the group for discussion. By harnessing the collective knowledge of your peers, you’ll leave with new ideas and resources to bring back to your school.
