In a year of headlines surrounding immigration and education, the return of international students has been top-of-mind for higher education and K-12 institutions alike.

Brian Garrett, Chair of the Education Practice Group, and Shiva Karimi, Chair of the Immigration Practice Group at McLane Middleton will join us to discuss the current legal landscape of F-1 student visas and review how schools can best position themselves to welcome back international students and provide support.
