AISNE Member Schools

The mission of The Pennfield School is to create an inclusive community of dedicated learners, where students are given a foundation and appreciation for the joyful pursuit of understanding, while fostering respect for oneself and others as a way of life. Located in the heart of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on the Aquidneck Island Land Trust’s Sakonnet Greenway Trail, The Pennfield School is beautifully situated on 19 acres of what once was the Little Slocum Farm. The farmlands and fields are now playing fields, a school garden and open space.
