Reports to: Upper School Director

Job Summary: 

BB&N is seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist for the Upper School for 28 hours per week. The hours are 3:30-6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM as needed. This position must be available to work until 8:00 PM on weekdays as needed.  Primary responsibilities will be to answer phones and greet visitors. Additional administrative office duties include photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year of experience working in an administrative capacity

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Capacity to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

• Commitment to working in and fostering an inclusive community

Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
