Your health and safety are our top priorities during our events. We understand that the decision to attend any gathering, professional or personal, is a calculation of risk versus reward. We aim to make our retreats and conferences enriching, fulfilling, high-quality professional development for you and your peers.

AISNE has developed the following protocols to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on our in-person meetings.

Safety Measures

In order to keep all attendees safe, AISNE requires the following COVID-19 mitigation strategies:

AISNE will work with all hotel partners to maximize COVID safety measures are taken within the facility. This includes:

  • Plentiful access to hand sanitizer.
  • Increased spacing between chairs in session rooms.
  • Hotel staff masking in public areas.
  • The use of UVC lighting on surfaces between sessions.
