Middle School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – One-to-One Student Support

Windham Woods School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral and academic support for a middle school student enrolled in our specialized education program. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, supportive school environment that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.

Windham Woods School serves students in grades 1–12 with mild to moderate learning differences, language-based disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. Our mission is to help every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through personalized instruction and a strengths-based approach.

The BCBA will collaborate closely with the student’s educational team to develop and implement behavior plans, support social-emotional regulation, and promote independence in the classroom and school environment. This is a school-based position focused on one student who benefits from ongoing behavioral and emotional support within a structured setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments and data collection.

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Model and coach staff in effective implementation of behavior strategies.

  • Support the student’s participation across all academic and social settings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers.

  • Participate in team meetings and progress reviews.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • School-based experience preferred.
