Middle School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – One-to-One Student Support

Windham Woods School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral and academic support for a middle school student enrolled in our specialized education program. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, supportive school environment that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.
Windham Woods School serves students in grades 1–12 with mild to moderate learning differences, language-based disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. Our mission is to help every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through personalized instruction and a strengths-based approach.
The BCBA will collaborate closely with the student’s educational team to develop and implement behavior plans, support social-emotional regulation, and promote independence in the classroom and school environment. This is a school-based position focused on one student who benefits from ongoing behavioral and emotional support within a structured setting.
Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments and data collection.

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.

Model and coach staff in effective implementation of behavior strategies.

Support the student’s participation across all academic and social settings.

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers.

Participate in team meetings and progress reviews.
Qualifications
-
Current BCBA certification.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

School-based experience preferred.
