Join Bradley James Davies for a dynamic multi-part virtual learning experience tailored for New Heads of School in their first three years. This cohort offers a unique space to connect, share experiences, and enhance leadership skills. Participants will have the opportunity to build a supportive community, exchange valuable insights, and grow together through mutual support and collaboration. By fostering an environment of open dialogue, this program aims to enrich individual knowledge and strengthen the collective expertise of the group.

All meetings are presented virtually via Zoom except Wednesday, January 28th which will be held in-person (Heads Retreat at Wentworth-by-the-Sea, Portsmouth, NH).

About the Facilitator
Bradley James Davies is an award-winning, best-selling author, speaker, and leadership coach with decades of corporate and nonprofit leadership experience (from driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile to consulting to international development to education…). He serves clients who span all sectors, from technology and entertainment to government and education, and all levels of leadership, from rising stars to c-suite veterans.
As an ICF-certified (PCC) leadership coach trained at Georgetown University, he has partnered with leaders from companies, schools, and organizations such as Delta Airlines, Harvard Business School, Victoria’s Secret, St. Anne’s School, Boise Cascade, Kimball Union Academy, Rocket Lab, American School of Dubai, Gentherm, 3Pillar Global, Milton Academy, Norfolk Southern, and the United States Army.
By blending a lighthearted style, good humor, and hard-earned humility with a keen ability to get to the heart of the matter and the confidence to compassionately challenge when needed, his approach helps leaders expand their self-awareness, leverage their strengths, improve their listening skills, prioritize their wellness, and optimize life both at work and at home.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and transfer requests must be sent via email to info@aisne.org. Cancellations received up to 10 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Transfers of registrations from one person to another are permitted up to 3 business days before the start of the event, or the first event of a series of events.
