Summary:
Cape Cod Academy seeks a compelling and passionate educator to teach in the Middle and Upper school. The Health and Wellness Teacher will teach all sections of the established Middle School and Upper School Health and Wellness curriculum at Cape Cod Academy. Our team of faculty in the Athletics and Physical Education departments, the Director of Fitness, and the Associate Head of the Middle and Upper Schools will support you through this transition. This individual will also engage in the day-to-day life of a CCA Seahawk.
The successful candidate will:

- possess a ready and willing sense of humorQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness or a relevant field
- Three (3) plus years of relevant teaching experience in a school environment preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and the ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Positive attitude and approach to teaching adolescents in grades 6 – 9
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of growth, exploration and discovery in learning
- Work effectively with the leadership team.
