Andover School of Montessori is dedicated to fostering the next generation of innovators, problem solvers, and artists. Our summer programs offer engaging and hands-on learning experiences in Robotics, STEM, and art for enthusiastic young learners in grades k – 8. We are looking for passionate educators to join our team and develop their own curriculum for our upcoming summer programs. Prior teaching experience is preferred. 

Program Details:

We are seeking teachers for one or more of the following summer programs during the summer months:

1. Vex Robotics
2. Space Program 
3. Minecraft Program 
4. STEM Program 
5. Lego Robotics 
6. Art Program

Key Responsibilities:

– Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons focused on robotics and STEM concepts.  

– Create a supportive and safe learning environment for students.  

– Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to program rules.  

– Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the program experience.  

– Ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and maintained for each session.  

– Provide feedback and report on students’ progress to parents and guardians.

Qualifications:

– Experience teaching or working with children in a classroom or camp setting.  

– Strong background in robotics, engineering, or a related STEM field.  

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

– Ability to manage a diverse group of students effectively.  

– Enthusiastic and creative teaching style with a passion for inspiring young learners.
