Newton Country Day School
Since 1880, Newton Country Day has educated girls to be strong leaders in a global society. The school’s mission is rooted in the vision of St. Madeleine Sophie Barat, who in established schools of the Sacred Heart to prepare women with the courage and confidence to transform the world. The school offers a program for young women of all faiths in grades 5-12, with courses through the AP level. Dedicated faculty promote a dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages each girl to discover and cultivate her talents and character. Through the international network of Sacred Heart schools, students take advantage of academic exchanges across five continents, developing a school-wide global perspective.
