Delphi Academy is an independent, coeducational day school that offers a pre-k through eighth-grade program. The school focuses on providing a solid grounding in reading, math, and writing. We are not your average day school. We treat each child as an individual and help each to reach their own full potential. Our program is mastery based.

Duties: – Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards.
– Create a positive classroom environment with a focus on positivity
– Utilize effective teaching strategies and techniques to help each child
– Provide individualized support and guidance to students to ensure they achieve
– Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success

Experience:  – Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
– Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
– Knowledge of child development principles and educational theories.
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students.
