Concord Academy Summer Camp is a summer camp program that hires approximately 115 staff members each summer, chosen for their skills, passions, depth of character, and embodiment of Concord Academy Summer Camp’s mission to help our campers be their best selves through community, character, friendship, and healthy risk taking.

Concord Academy Summer Camp is seeking to hire Lifeguards/Swim Instructors for full time, seasonal camp positions from mid-June to mid-August. We have the ability to adjust start and end dates depending on the candidate’s availability.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and hold a current lifeguard certification or become certified before starting work.
