Meaningful equity actions transform conditions that marginalize people into ones that lift them up. This is easier said than done, though, and sometimes the best intentions and efforts to enact change can fall short of goals.

In this workshop, we’ll delve into practical strategies and insights for driving truly meaningful equity initiatives in independent school communities. You’ll learn from case studies and the experiences of other organizations. You’ll gain skills for considering contextual factors and identifying and checking your own biases when creating and sustaining equitable learning environments.

This program is designed both for teachers and academic leaders, including Heads of School, Deans, Division/Department leaders, Curriculum Developers, Teacher Educators, and Learning Specialists.

This is a 2-part workshop. Your registration is for both parts.
