Choosing Your Child’s First School: A Conversation for Parents and Guardians presented by Atrium School

on-site

Atrium School
69 Grove St., Watertown, MA

Choosing your child’s first “big kid school” can be a daunting and exciting process! There are many factors to consider, and many schools to choose from. Are you wondering about public versus independent? Progressive or more traditional? How your child will transition to new friends and teachers? Where your child will stay most engaged and excited about their learning through elementary and middle school?

These are just some of the questions families wonder about as they consider their child’s educational journey. Join us for coffee, pastries, and open conversation to help you approach this big decision. Learn more about early childhood education at Atrium, and how we cultivate “Excellence with Joy” in every child. You’ll hear from students, current families, and administrators to help you piece together the key factors for your family in choosing your child’s first school.

Atrium is currently accepting applications for children entering PreK (4 years old), Kindergarten, and 1st Grade in September 2024.
