AISNE Insight: Employee Mental Health: Laws, Leaves, and Lessons
With heightened attention on mental health, employers are increasingly called upon to help employees deal with matters outside of the basic human resources context. Mental health impacts many aspects of the workplace, including employee productivity, retention, and the overall well-being of an organization’s culture. Additionally, the complex intersection of personnel policies and applicable laws can create confusion and anxiety for both employers and employees.
In this webinar, you will learn practical tips for creating effective mental health policies, programs, and accommodations for employees.
