Milton Academy is seeking a possible full-time Upper School math teacher for a second semester leave replacement to begin as soon as possible.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience teaching upper level courses such as precalculus through BC calculus or the equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mathematics and a joy in promoting its understanding to heterogeneous student groups, and will take pleasure in engaging collaboratively with colleagues. Therefore, the ideal candidate will also commit to a variety of professional development opportunities to further these goals. We welcome candidates with an active interest in cultivating skills and practice in facilitating differentiated classroom instruction; a demonstrated and ongoing commitment to anti-racist pedagogy and justice-facing curriculum design; and experience and expertise as a thoughtful educator.
