Berwick Academy, a PK-12 coeducational day school located in Southern Maine seeks a History teacher to join our Upper School Faculty. Ideal candidates would have experience teaching ancient world history, as well as other topics, including non-western civilizations (potentially Eastern Religions; Mesoamerica, and Pre-colonial Africa, and United States history.  As a member of the Upper School Faculty, candidates can expect to teach four classes, serve as an advisor and supervise co-curricular activities.  A qualified candidate will show strong evidence of exceptional teaching and a keen understanding of the developmental needs of high school students.
