Andover School of Montessori is seeking a qualified Upper Elementary Lead Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has prior teaching experience, Montessori certification for Upper Elementary (ages 9-12), and has a deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy and materials. Strong classroom management skills, the ability to collaborate within a team teaching model, organizational skills, and strong writing abilities are also essential for this role. The successful candidate demonstrates a passion for working with children, a commitment to Montessori principles, and the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom community.
