Noble and Greenough School seeks a turf and fields crew member to join our maintenance team in the Buildings and Grounds department. The turf and fields crew member is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and enhancement of the school’s grass and turf athletic fields and general outdoor areas, ensuring that the grounds are in excellent condition to support a variety of sports, recreational activities, and events. The position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual with knowledge of turf management, groundskeeping practices and a passion for maintaining a safe and functional environment for students and staff. This is a full-time year-round position with hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for sports events and activities.
