Toddler Floater/Assistant Teacher

Cambridge Montessori School is seeking a Toddler Floater/Assistant Teacher, 9:00am-4:00pm. Applicants must have previous experience working with young children. EEC certification or coursework is desirable. Montessori school experience is preferred, but not required.
This position will include supervision of the Toddler Gross Motor Room in the mornings for students ages 21 months to 3.5 years old and floating assistance in one of three Toddler classrooms for the later part of the morning. This teacher will also help support one specific classroom for lunch, nap and dismissal in the afternoon, and assist with cleaning and classroom prep after school from 3:00-4:00pm. Floater/Assistant teacher will work as part of the Toddler Team that includes certified Montessori Lead Teachers and classroom Assistant teachers. Additional ability to substitute in a classroom from 8:00am when staff members are out may be needed.

COVID-19 vaccination required for all staff members, and CPR/first aid training is needed.
