Summary of Position:  

The Milton Academy Communications team is looking for a Social Media Manager / Video Content Producer to work with our team to support and manage the coordination and execution of our social media and digital initiatives. Someone who’s up to the challenge of sharing the story of Milton Academy—a selective, vibrant K–12 independent school just south of Boston—in the most compelling and surprising ways possible. 

Someone who is both:

• A creative thinker and passionate storyteller who informs, engages, and motivates audiences through big ideas and effective social media engagement.
• A talented, driven, and organized individual who can conceptualize, create and execute compelling and innovative social content.

The Social Media Manager and Social Video Content Producer and will partner closely with dynamic communicators and others working together to bring Milton Academy to life for multiple audiences. You will capture the successes of Milton’s exceptional students, daily campus life, the meaningful work of our faculty and staff, along with compelling human-interest stories that foster a school community and a positive work culture.
