The Epiphany School is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Operations Manager & Family Support Assistant. The incumbent’s primary responsibilities will include providing general administrative support to the Principal and Administrative team, working with families, managing files and school databases, managing our parent and school volunteer programs, and coordinating school events, family activities, and service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a school setting and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are highly self-motivated and professional and can manage their workload and prioritize tasks. They are proactive, detail, and deadline-oriented. Major Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the Principal, Student Support, and Administrative teams
  • Work in partnership with staff on admissions and family relationship building
  • Updating and maintaining school-wide faculty, staff, and facilities schedules
  • Manage relationships with facilities contractors including custodial services and building maintenance
  • Schedule and manage the use of all Epiphany facilities by outside organizations
  • Coordinating the hiring process for faculty and staff vacancies as they arise
  • Managing files and the school databases to ensure accuracy; facilitates fixes when issues are noticed
  • Collaborates with the Development Office to manage parent and school volunteer programs
  • Assist with special projects with Development Team
  • Executes school and family activities to promote community engagement
  • Supervises and manages external partnerships that promote the daily operations of Epiphany; partners include Boston Public Schools, area colleges and universities, AmeriCorps, fiscal agents, independent contractors, etc.
  • Ongoing management and refinement of school-based systems related to operations and communications

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary Range: $60,000+. Final determination based on qualifications and experience
  • Health, Life, Vision, and Dental Insurance plans all subject to premium split

  • Employment at Epiphany qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
