Instructor in History and Social Science

Phillips Academy seeks an Instructor in History and Social Science for the academic year beginning in September of 2022. We are interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching up and down the curriculum, from ninth through twelfth grade, and particularly our diploma-requirement courses. We are also especially interested in candidates with expertise in African American and/or Asian/Asian American history. We seek dynamic candidates who will be active participants not only in the academic program but also in the athletics/fitness and residential programs at this boarding school. Master’s degree plus a minimum of three years’ teaching experience preferred.
