
High School Math Teacher
Burr and Burton Academy, Manchester, VT
Burr & Burton Academy seeks a full-time mathematics teacher interested in becoming part of a collaborative team, beginning August 2025. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be well versed in teaching techniques that reach a variety of learning styles, including Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). An undergraduate degree in mathematics, a mathematics-related field, and/or education is required. Previous experience teaching mathematics at the high-school level is preferred; interest in teaching integrative STEM classes and incorporating project-based learning is a plus. Teaching assignments will be based on the candidate’s strengths and interests in the context of current staff.
