Brimmer and May School, Chestnut Hill, MA

Brimmer and May is seeking committed, enthusiastic, and experienced generalized tutor to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning profiles in grades K-5 and/or 6-12. Successful candidates should have teaching experience, ideally in the special education realm, and preferably have done recent coursework or professional development around executive functioning.

In addition, it is preferred that candidates have training and experience working with students who have language-based learning disabilities, executive functioning vulnerabilities, and/or attention deficits.  Candidates need to be able to work collaboratively with teachers and communicate effectively with parents about student needs and progress, under the guidance of the Directors of Academic Services.  A degree in education or special education is preferred.
