Full-time Custodial Position

          Monday – Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

          School and summer vacations 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Department:  Maintenance Department

Reports to:     Facilities Director

 Xaverian is an independent Catholic school for boys in grades 7-12, sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers. Located in Westwood, Massachusetts, this college-prep school welcomes students from approximately 90 communities across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Xaverian was established in 1963 and presently enrolls over 960 students.

 General Expectations:

Xaverian is seeking applicants for full-time custodial help, Monday through Friday from 2:00 – 10:00 p.m. Applicants will be responsible for general cleaning of offices, classrooms, common areas, athletic areas and bathrooms. This will include sweeping, vacuuming, washing of floors, dusting, rubbish removal, glass cleaning, assisting with the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for various functions and events, and assisting with snow removal as weather dictates.  This position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.
