The Fenn School seeks candidates for a part-time position working with faculty and students as a Faculty Associate for the remainder of the 2022-23 school year. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with students and faculty in a range of different areas. Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school-aged children is preferred. Interest in collaborative work with teachers and a willingness to help in a wide range of school life areas is required.
Some of the areas where the Faculty Associate will work include coaching, classroom supervision, before and after school supervision, lunch supervision, and recess supervision.
- Athletics coaching
- Classroom supervision
- Supervising recess, lunch, and other times in the school day
- Collaborating with Fenn faculty to support students and help the daily functioning of the school
- Experience working with Fenn-aged students
- Bachelor’s degree
- A love for working with boys
- Experience with and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work in a school setting
