Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 co-ed college preparatory boarding and day school located in beautiful, rural southwestern, NH seeks a Director of Equity, Justice, and Belonging to join our community.  Dublin is seeking a collaborative, energetic person who enjoys working with teenagers and has a track record of leadership to direct this crucial part of school life.

Supervisory Role: Member of Leadership Team, Reports to Head of School.

Duties/Responsibilities:  As a residential boarding school, employees are expected to fill multiple roles.  This position will work with the Leadership team to develop, implement, and manage school-wide programs and policies for all constituents of our community including faculty, staff, students, families, and the Board of Trustees.  Teaching, residential, and coaching duties will be assigned depending on areas of expertise and experience. This position will work closely with the Head of School, Board of Trustees, and leadership team to provide strategic EJB leadership and consulting through an equity lens. You will design, implement and support educational, cultural, and social programs as well as professional development for students. employees and families.

Education & Experience: Master’s Degree (MA) A Bachelor’s degree (BA) in relevant field(s), Master Preferred. Experience as a teacher and DEIJ practitioner at the college or high school level.
