Andover School of Montessori (ASM) is seeking a Director of Elementary and Middle School (DoE&MS) to begin July 2023.  The DoE&MS ensures that the school’s learning objectives and curriculum are understood by teachers and realized in the Elementary and Middle Schools classrooms.  S/he is responsible for the supervision of all Elementary, Middle School, and Integrated Arts faculty, and will provide professional support in the Montessori Method and all curriculum, incorporating contemporary educational pedagogy as appropriate. The Director of Elementary and Middle School is a member of the ASM Leadership Team that contributes to strategic planning and efforts to maintain accreditation with AISNE and AMS. Overarching  responsibilities include constituent relations, administration, educational programming, personnel, school culture, finance, and other duties as assigned by the Head of School.
