Position Description

Nashoba Brooks School seeks candidates for the position of coordinator of campus rentals and strategic initiatives is a part-time, 11-month position that reports to the head of school. This position is responsible for outreach and engagement to secure rental agreements for campus rentals and partnerships.



  • Work closely with the advancement team, events coordinator, and buildings and grounds department to develop and implement a strategic plan to promote and support campus rentals.
  • Manage collateral material to educate members of the local community about campus rental options, fees, guidelines, etc. 
  • Research and identify key contacts for cultivation as prospective partners.
  • Oversee the planning, coordinating, and management of rental partnerships.
  • Serve as a liaison between renters and Nashoba Brooks employees to ensure appropriate facilities use, supervision, and communication. 
  • Work closely with the director of finance and operations to manage the program rentals budget and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of prospective rentals, active renters, and relationships.
  • Coordinate summer concert series including outreach, bookings, ticket sales, vendors, sponsors, marketing, etc.
  • Manage relationships with community partners and long-term rentals such as summer programs, summer concert series, etc.
  • Research and develop proposals for strategic initiatives as identified by the head of school.
