Day Camp Office Administrator

Camp Thayer is a seasonal co-ed day camp that runs from June 15 – August 7, 2026, with a wide variety of daily schedule options, providing children ages 3.9 to 14 with an engaging and stimulating setting where they can actively enjoy the summer.

What you will do:
  • Assist the Director/Assistant in the daily operations and clerical needs
  • Handling registration, parent, and staff communication
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, high-quality camp experience

 

Who we are looking for:
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience in an office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be at least 21
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
  • Enforce and follow camp rules, regulations, and policies.
COMPENSATION:
  • $1,000 – $1,500 Weekly
  • 30 hours per week
