Associate Director of Development, Annual Giving

Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, an independent college preparatory secondary school located in Waltham, MA, seeks an Associate Director of Development to manage all aspects of the Annual Giving Program. CH-CH is a coed day/boarding school with 180 students and 60 faculty/staff members. 25% of the students are international and 20% are domestic students of color. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Associate Director of Development is responsible for the Annual Giving Program. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to stewarding and soliciting a portfolio of prospects, managing of giving societies, developing alumni communication, acting as a liaison to the Alumni Council, managing Alumni events, and production of reports as needed. Some travel may be required.
All candidates should have at least 5 years of experience leading an Annual Giving Program and as a frontline fundraiser. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Previous Blackbaud, OneCause, and Text2Give software experience are a plus.
