Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Parents and Grandparents

Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, an independent college preparatory secondary school located in Waltham, MA, seeks an Assistant Director of Development, Parents and Grandparents to support the growth of the Annual Giving Program. CH-CH is a day/boarding school with 180 students and 60 faculty/staff members. The School values its diversity and embraces everyday principles and practices in pluralism. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Parents and Grandparents is responsible for growing and developing the current parent, and grandparent fundraising programs for the Annual Fund. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to stewarding a portfolio of prospects, managing Annual Fund giving societies, developing parent and grandparent communication, supporting parent and development department events, and producing reports as needed. Some travel may be required.
All candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with Annual Giving Programs and as a frontline fundraiser. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Previous Blackbaud, OneCause, and Text2Give software experience are a plus.
